Balenciaga Lawsuit
The incorporation of legal documents from a U.S. Supreme Court case on child porn legislation in the advertisements was a specific problem.
The fashion powerhouse (Balenciaga) plans to “seek reparation for considerable damages defendants inflicted in connection with an advertising campaign Balenciaga contracted them to develop,” according to the Manhattan Supreme Court summons.
The commercials have their Paris Fashion Week debut to showcase the company’s spring/summer 2023 collection.
