Reckitt Benckiser and its former business Indivior are being sued as reported by multiple source over the marketing of Suboxone, a medicine used to treat addiction.

According to an article by Bloomberg, Wirral Borough Council has retained law firm Mishcon de Reya to prosecute the claim. Indivior is accused of publishing documents containing “misleading representations” and failing to provide investors with “full and fair information.”.
Indivior has stated that it will “vigorously” defend itself against the allegation because it does not believe it has any merit.
This case might result in hundreds of millions of pounds in damages.
