Meta is working on integrating WhatsApp status with Facebook Stories by enabling users to update and share their status using one platform.

WABetaInfo provided these screenshots indicating that Meta might alter how users share their WhatsApp status updates on Facebook Stories.
WABetaInfo stated: “Previously, it was already possible to share status updates to Facebook stories, but users had to take the extra step of manually sharing the update each time they posted something new. Thanks to this new feature under development, the process may be automatic for certain status updates you choose, when the option is enabled.”.
It should be worth noting that WhatsApp users can already share their Status update to Facebook Stories, but doing so needs extra manual steps.
