When all is said and done, Yahoo will own approximately 25% of the Taboola advertising network. To compensate for the change, Yahoo and Taboola have entered into a 30-year business partnership, making Taboola Yahoo’s native advertising partner.

Maybe you’re already familiar with the name Yahoo. As of recently, investment firm Apollo Global Management has full control of the previously public company.
