According to a Bloomberg story, Apple is creating artificial intelligence capabilities to compete with OpenAI and Google.

The business has developed an “Apple GPT” chatbot and plans to make a huge AI announcement in 2024. Large language models are created by Apple using its own framework, Ajax, which powers products like Google’s Bard and Open AI’s ChatGPT.
The chatbot is employed for product prototyping and uses trained data to summarize text and provide answers to questions. Apple is also looking for talent in generative AI and is concentrating on addressing potential privacy issues with AI.
According to Apple CEO Tim Cook, the business will “thoughtfully” incorporate AI into more of its products.
