Google has unveiled a new feature that will allow businesses to more prominently feature their services in local searches with five new categories.
Local Service Ads Categories
Local services advertising puts your service at the top of Google SERP, where it’s more likely to get noticed and generate high-quality leads in the geographic locations you specify. In addition, you can effortlessly monitor results and handle leads, all the way down to listening to recorded calls with prospective clients.
Listings can be updated with new information like business hours and service regions using the Local Services Ads website. At the same time, interested parties can access the company’s website, read reviews and images, and even make a reservation or contact without leaving the ad.
Those include five newly added categories: education, people care, pet care, wellness and health care.
