The Growth Of BeReal
The growth of BeReal appears to be the beginning of a new strategy for using social media. As an alternative to the artificiality that now predominates the big applications but does little to genuinely modify them, it also feels like a passing trend that people will grow tired of.
Although there is an obvious need for more open, honest communication within social applications, it will be challenging to replace the major platforms because they already have such a tremendous impact on how we live our lives.
There isn’t much else you can do to develop that idea and embrace that fad. Maybe it will lead to the next industry change, and maybe Instagram, TikTok, or some other well-known app will figure out the best course of action.
