Meta successfully delayed a lawsuit that could have cost them $3.7 billion, based on claims that it misused its market position to profit from users data.

A London tribunal has given the potential claimants’ attorneys another six months to show any purported damages by users.
The class action lawsuit is being brought on behalf of about 45 million British Facebook members against Meta Platforms.
