Meta is in the process to make a decision by Jan 7, 2023 to reinstate Donald Trump‘s access to Facebook and Instagram.
Will Donald Trump Come Back?
After Trump’s followers invaded the Capitol Building last Jan 2021, Meta banned the former president of the United States for using its platforms for encouraging and supporting violence. Trump’s use of social media helped him immensely to win the presidency in 2016.
Meta lead by Mark Zuckerberg has already stated that it will decide by next Saturday Jan 7, 2023 on whether to allow him on Facebook and Instagram or not. A source familiar with the matter told The Financial Times, that a decision is not likely to be made until later in the month.
Since Elon Musk activated Donald Trump’s Twitter account, he didn’t tweet anything since, it is unlikely that he will accept to be back on Facebook and Instagram.
