Elon Musk said there will be a new Twitter subscription that shows no ads because ads are too big and are appearing to users too frequently.

Elon Musk has recently blamed rights organizations for a “huge loss in revenue” at Twitter, which gets roughly 90% of its revenue from ads.
Earlier in December of last year, Elon Musk said that the number of ads in Twitter’s Basic Blue would be reduced, and that in the next few weeks in 2023, there will be a new top tier with no ads.
