Roku users may now access Disney+ Basic, the ad-supported edition of Disney+. The service was introduced a few months ago but didn’t work on Roku devices.
Disney+ Basic On Roku
All Roku streaming device owners can now sign up for Disney+ basic, the ad-supported plan. Disney+ Basic (with ads) costs $7.99 USD per month and for Disney+ Premium (with no ads) it costs $10.99 USD per month.
HD and 4K Video streaming quality will be available to stream with Disney+ Basic. Additionally, customers can use a maximum of four devices at once. The advertising package also covers all Disney+ has to offer. The duration of the ads on the tier varies between 15 and 30 or 45 seconds. In addition, Disney+ has capped the amount of advertising time to four minutes per hour on average.
