According to data compiled by Sensor Tower, Snapchat has received an average rating of 1.67 stars in the U.S. App Store over just the last week, with 75% of reviews being rated only one star. The average rating for Snapchat in the United States in 2023 was 3.05 out of 5, with just 35% of reviews getting one star.
The company also found that the quantity of the daily reviews has multiplied by a factor of five in the past week.
