New security measures are being released by WhatsApp to safeguard its users including “Device Verification, Account Protect and Automatic Security Codes”.

The new “Account Protect” feature in WhatsApp adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to confirm when switching between old and new devices.
WhatsApp now offers a “Device Verification” feature to help users confirm their identities and prevent malicious software from hijacking their account. This function provides an additional safeguard against hacking and allows users to keep on using WhatsApp without any disruptions.
WhatsApp’s new “Automatic Security Codes” feature uses a method called “Key Transparency” to allow users to automatically check if they have secure connection with the recipient.
It is worth noting that WhatsApp have introduced many features to enhance their app and just recently they have introduced new features for WhatsApp Groups.
