Box, a company that offers cloud-based solutions for managing content, has introduced new AI capabilities that include data analysis and the development of personalized marketing content.

Box CEO Aaron Levie told Reuters that early adopter clients had seen “revolutionary” productivity benefits. As an example, he mentioned a Box user whose staff was checking thousands of files by hand. The new AI capabilities may accomplish it automatically “within a matter of seconds“.
According to Levie, Box has deployed OpenAI‘s solution so that the AI may only provide answers based on information already present in the customer’s files. This drastically reduces the risk of a wrong answer.
Box’s latest artificial intelligence capabilities can summarize financial records, reveal insights from customer surveys, and tailor onboarding documents for each customer.
