More than 3,000 Redbox kiosks in the US will show films from the app, and businesses can purchase screen real estate for advertisements.
Kiosks
Redbox and TikTok have partnered to show videos from the app on kiosk displays at their locations across the country. Brands can purchase ad space adjacent to the TikTok videos that will be streamed on more than 3,000 kiosks.
Deals with brands will be handled through Crackle Connex, an advertising platform operated by Chicken Soup for Soul Entertainment. Exploring these commercials is something Heider Real Estate, which has 3.4 million followers on TikTok, is interested in doing. Despite possible US limitations and a probable ban in Montana, the cooperation is a part of TikTok’s expansion plans.
As a direct rival to Amazon and Temu, TikTok is now introducing an online store on its US app.
