Drift AI Integration
As a first step, the new integration will allow AI-suggested answers in live chat. This will allow sales staff to answer complex consumer questions without leaving the conversation.
The AI will propose a response for the sales rep to utilize. If the salesperson isn’t satisfied with the suggested reply, they can make adjustments before sending it or delete it altogether and get a new one. New sales representatives can learn how to reply appropriately and in the relevant brand tone through genuine answers.
