Meta recently announced an updated control to Accounts Center where you can turn off Facebook, Messenger and Instagram ads and data options all from within the account.

By consolidating your personal information, security settings and ad preferences into the new Accounts Center, you’ll save time and effort when making changes to your settings across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Messenger).
Meta said Thursday “These changes will begin to go into effect today, and will gradually roll out to everyone on Facebook, Messenger and Instagram in the coming months. We’re also continuing to look for opportunities to centralize additional settings in Accounts Center going forward, so that people can more easily manage their preferences across our products.”.
