Instagram Channels, an in-app group chat where users can follow the latest from their favourite companies, personalities, or niche interests, is being rolled out to users.
Broadcast Chat
This new feature is a “broadcast conversation” that can be added to your IG Direct chat list and used to share and discuss text, images, and polls. This feature, which is now being tested with a subset of users, will soon be made available to everyone on Facebook and Messenger.
