Snapchat just released their AI chatbot, My AI. A service built on OpenAI’s GPT technology with special customizations for Snapchat+ users.
What Does Snapchat AI Do?
My AI can tell you what to get your best friend for her birthday, where to go on a weekend trip, what to make for dinner, and even write recipes for your friend who is interested in food. You have the option to give your AI a name and choose a backdrop to customize it.
Snapchat warns that My AI, like any chatbot powered by AI, is susceptible to delusion and may be coaxed into saying almost anything. Please understand that it has many flaws and accept Snapchat’s apologies in advance.
My AI will record your entire chat with it and may look back on it to figure out how to make it better in the future.
Do not confide in My AI or look to it for guidance; it is not human and cannot be trusted. Mistakes can still happen, despite the fact that My AI is built to avoid providing biased, erroneous, damaging, or misleading data.
