More and more artists are taking legal action to prevent their work from being utilized as source material by AI-generating tools without proper compensation.

Artificial intelligence art generation software developers Stability AI and Midjourney are being sued by a group of artists. The artists claim these companies violated the rights of “millions of artists” by using five billion photos scraped from the web to train their AI technologies.
It seems likely that AI-generating tools will continue to be widely available, although they do come with some dangers.
