The United Kingdom government is launching a television advertising campaign to encourage citizens to reduce their energy consumption by taking just 30 seconds a day.
UK Government 30 Seconds Ad
The advertisement, which was part of an £18 million campaign that was rejected by the former Prime Minister Liz Truss, will begin airing soon. On TV channels and websites as part of their holiday programming and content.
The advertisement recommends that British people spend 30 seconds doing simple things like lowering the flow of water through their boilers, shutting off lights, drawing the shades at night, and lowering the temperature on their washing machines.
