To encourage content creators to put more effort into tweets, Elon is exploring new methods to make money from the program. Though Elon’s emphasis on creators and a broader toolset may result in the reintroduction of these capabilities as Twitter Blue exclusive or subscriber-only tools, Twitter has not witnessed an uptick in new people joining the conversation with Fleets.
