Dove has started a campaign to address the problem of underrepresentation of women in video games. As part of the campaign, a female character in a video game takes off her sexualized clothes and enters the gaming world as her true, authentic self.
Following the publication of a film by Dove that was three minutes long and focused on the detrimental impacts of social media on mental health, the campaign was launched one week later.
