Innovative marketing automation platform, GrowthLoop, has launched a series of features aimed at streamlining the customer journey. Capitalizing on the power of BigQuery and generative AI, the new tools aim to offer personalized experiences that resonate with audiences and deliver results.

The “Easy Button” feature enables businesses new to BigQuery to ingest and model customer data swiftly, facilitating audience building and personalization of customer journeys in less than a day. It’s a solution designed for convenience and speed, making the process of crafting highly personalized customer journeys a breeze.

Underpinning the use of generative AI is “Marve,” a tool that leverages the power of Google’s Codey and PaLM foundation models from Vertex AI. With Marve, marketers can utilize a goldmine of customer data, using natural language descriptions to create targeted audiences in BigQuery. The partnership with Google’s Vertex AI aims to democratize generative AI capabilities, making them accessible to business users.

“Maestro,” another significant feature, works in concert with BigQuery, allowing marketers to create unified customer audiences and orchestrate sophisticated customer journeys across channels. The solution offers businesses an effortless way to comprehend and utilize their customer data to create personalized experiences. As GrowthLoop is built directly on BigQuery, it promises best-in-class security and scalability.

GrowthLoop‘s generative AI personalized content feature allows marketers to use first-party customer data to create bespoke emails, sales call scripts, and inferred attributes for individual customers directly from BigQuery. It harnesses the power of Google’s Generative AI to deliver impactful, personalized communication at the customer level. This capability is delivered via Personalization Fields, a native feature to GrowthLoop’s platform.
